Private to Allies

[Private to Allies]

We are back now with the shard of mirror in our possession, despite the odds not being completely in our favor. We were pitted against the Detective and a Wind Master, but we managed to get out okay. Using Ura-Otoko we captured the mirror and escaped into psuedo space. I now have it in my possession, Ura-Otoko is keeping it safe just in case anyone else was curious about it.

[Private to Self]

The return wasn't as jubilant as I imagined, Sensui has disappeared without a trace. I was hoping he might hold me for a while now that there is a reprieve and I have no students to deal with...and of course for my small victory.

Private to Villains

It is…unfortunate, but I know very soon I will be leaving with two other individuals I hardly know. This will, I hope, be quick and painless I intended to enjoy being away from the human children. Not all teenagers are as seasoned in their nature as Sensui was with his innocent curiosity. It’s rather unfortunate.

White Day?

How...unusual, I wasn't expecting (nor did I really want) anything, but what I recieved is a rather mysterious and unusual:

You are my favourite girl. ;)

If I were a girl I...might be flattered. I wonder if I should still be flattered(?) because right now I am simply perplexed. Mmmmmm.

Assignment 2 plus your grades

Let me explain how I run my class, those of you who do your homework and you class work pass regardless. Those are pass or fail grades. Tests and quizzes are based on a grading scale. So there really is no reason this work should not have been done I think, but I will have some measure of mercy and say that you can make up this missed assignment with your other assignments.

Those who turned in the assignment:

Students who did not turn in the assignment:

New students are exempt from this, those names being Shura and Hiei who have joined recently.

The number of failures is rather embarrassing, don’t you think? If I am mistaken and you do have your assignments I will take it late with points off, but only for a week. After that you’ll have to see me some time after class in order to make up for this assignment.

With this next assignment I will not be as lenient with you slackers. And here it is.

Now that you know what deviance is I want five examples of things people do that are “different.”

Don't be afraid to ask questions, I'm your sensei and that is what I do.

Valentines Recap and your Assignments

I won’t divulge too many details, but this Valentine’s Day was a rather unique experience. I was able to spend the whole time with my important person. Not that I make it habitual to celebrate holidays, I try not to rule out the impact they have on my important person. It was a pleasant experience over all.

Apart from that, for those of you who have your homework completed feel free to turn it in here. Trying gets you credit, not trying will get you nothing, and feeding me something outlandish and ridiculous will reward you with zero points.

If you have forgotten the assignment it is to give me the definition of deviant in your own words.

Your First Assignment

Your first assignment for deviant behavior is to tell me, in your own words, what is deviance. Not too difficult as I was considering , instead, to have each of you look up an article containing deviance in love. Since we are just starting out I thought I would make it easy for you.

I’ve taken some time out of my not so busy schedule to look through various student files. It never hurts to gather a bit of background information in order to understand the certain needs students may have. I’ve managed to socialize myself with a few as well.

After much consideration, assessing and reassessing the course objectives I’ve finally made a suitable outline for the students.

Students will:

* Examine deviant behavior: the context and characteristic of individuals engaged in deviant behavior.

* Determine what acts are deviant: identify, examine the facts, and consider on their own where they stand on certain issues.

* Relate the issues to their reality.

Grades are based on the following assignments:

5 non-cumulative tests
1 group project
1 single presentation
All class assignments

I’m not a complete tyrant, notice that there is no homework, but then again that leaves more up to you [students]. Overall this should be a walk in the park.

On another note...water wings...or floaties...swimmies or whatever you like to call them...what exactly do you do with them? I’ve kept them, so far, out of consideration. They are typically used for children learning how to swim, aren’t they? I can’t even get them past my forearms much less where they should be (and with much self humiliation I have tried them on...I’m not that heartless).

Without further consideration I am donating them to the CWCS organization (abbreviation for Children Who Can’t Swim...it looked official to me. I wonder if there is such an organization). I’m certain they will find a more respectable place with someone else rather than slowly deflating on my shelf (they look a little sad right now). Overall I think I was a little spoiled this Christmas.
